Do you offer discounts? What is the percentage of the discount?
Yes we offer discount on all bulk orders. The % of discount varies according to the quantity.
How do I get a price quote?

How long does it take to manufacture/process the order?
If the stock is readily available, we can dispatch it immediately on receiving the payment, if we have to produce it, it may take anywhere between 4-8 weeks to process your order depending on the quantity.
Do you send samples?
We will be happy to send you samples at our Retail Price which you can order directly from our website. Once you place the bulk order, we will calculate the discount and reimburse the difference amount.
Do you offer customization?
Yes we are happy to customize, as long as our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) / Minimum Order Value (MOV) are fulfilled.

Which courier service do you use to send bulk/wholesale orders, how many days does it take for the delivery?
We use trusted courrier partners. Once your order is ready for the dispatch it minimum takes a 6-10 working days for delivery. In case you need the order urgently, we can send it by priority shipment services with an additional cost.
Can I use my courier account for bulk orders?
Yes, you can certainly use your own account for the delivery of your order.
Where do you ship out of?
We send out all the shipments from our store in Kolkata, India.
What is the mode of payment?
Mode of payment will be explained by our support team once you connect with us.
What are your payment terms?
We take 50% advance at the time of booking the order and balance 50% before the order is dispatched.
Are there any additional taxes to be paid?
All export orders are exempted of indian taxes, however if there is any import tariff imposed by your country, it is to be paid by you.
