At Bellezón, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch.
Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
• No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days of delivery
• Requests raised after this period will not be eligible under any circumstances
• Items once worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted
Defective or Damaged Products
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• You must share a clear opening/unboxing video from start to finish, along with images explaining the issue
• Requests without a proper opening video will not be considered
Approval & Process
• Once approved, we will offer an exchange or resolution as per availability
• Exchange delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer
• Bellezón reserves the right to inspect and approve all return/exchange requests
Important Notes
• Handcrafted products may have slight variations in colour, print, or texture—these are not considered defects
• Colour differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not eligible for return or exchange
