Cancellation Policy

At Bellezón, each order is carefully planned and processed shortly after confirmation.

Limited-Time Cancellation:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement only 
• After 2 hours, no cancellation requests will be accepted under any circumstances 
• This policy applies to all products, including ready-to-ship, unstitched fabrics, and customized / stitched pieces

Important Notes:
• Orders move quickly into processing and production, especially handcrafted and customized items 
• We request customers to review product details, sizing, and policies carefully before placing an order 
• In case of any genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage, our Return / Exchange Policy will apply as per guidelines

Refund Policy:
If an order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, customers can choose one of the following refund options:
• Bellezón Wallet Refund: Amount will be credited to your Bellezón wallet within 2 hours.
• Original Payment Method: Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take up to 72 working hours to reflect.

Once the refund is initiated, a confirmation will be shared with the customer.
